Stephanie King-Myers launched Occasional Graphics in 2024, fueled by her entrepreneurial journey as the founder of Bottle & Bottega and her innate creative flair. Identifying a gap in the market for high-quality, AFFORDABLE design services, Stephanie was inspired to alleviate the burden for those who struggle with design despite the availability of tools like Canva. Her vision is to breathe life into vibrant visual narratives, catering to individuals, charitable organizations, and small businesses alike.

LOGO DESIGN PACKAGES
$250–$300 per logo
- Includes two initial logo design concepts to choose from.
- Up to 3 rounds of revisions.
- Final logo delivered in various formats (JPG, PNG, PDF).
Add-ons:
- Additional revisions beyond the included rounds: $45 per round.
- Rush delivery within 24–48 hours: Additional 20%–30% of the total price.
- Social media branding kit (profile picture, cover photo, post templates): $50–$100.
MONTHLY RETAINER PACKAGES
Monthly retainers can be a great option for clients who require ongoing design support, including regular website updates. THE BENEFITS: You receive discounted rates compared to ad-hoc project-based pricing, consistent support, and ongoing design assistance and website maintenance to ensure your branding and online presence remain cohesive and relevant. Retainer clients also receive priority scheduling and support.
Starting at $500/month
Includes:
- Up to 4 designs per month (e.g., social media posts, email headers, basic event flyers)
- Priority scheduling
- Regular communication and support
- Website Updates: Minor updates such as text changes, image replacements, or adding/removing features.
- 2–4 hours for website maintenance.
Starting at $800/month
Includes:
- Up to 8 designs per month (e.g., social media posts, email headers, event flyers, website banners)
- Priority scheduling and communication
- Higher priority for rush projects within the retainer's scope
- Website Updates: Moderate updates including content additions, layout adjustments, plugin installations, and troubleshooting.
- 4–8 hours for website maintenance
Starting at $1200/month
Includes:
- 16 designs per month
- Priority scheduling, communication, and support
- Website Updates: Comprehensive website maintenance, including major updates, redesigns, optimization, and security enhancements.
- 8–16 hours for website maintenance
